Connecting Faith, Families and Schools The fifth Connecting Faith, Families & Schools Conference is an opportunity for faith and worship leaders, educators, and families to come together to discuss critical issues affecting student success. Participants will share ideas about the practices that help families support student learning and hear about various research and activities that can be incorporated into the rich fabric of the faith and worship community. October, 2014: Watch and discuss television shows, movies and videos with your adolescent. Check your teen's understanding and encourage him/her to ask questions and relate the show to real-life experiences. Be your own movie critic and develop a family rating system.
