Family Saturdays! Parents and children are invited to explore and discover together the excitement of how we use MATH every day, at home and wherever we go! The event will be held Saturday, March 28, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. to Noon at the SERC Library Community Room, Middletown, CT. This is a FREE family event! Children must be accompanied by an adult. Connecting Faith, Families and Schools Conference- 2014 Connecticut has launched a campaign to reduce chronic absenteeism by keeping students "IN SCHOOL AND ENGAGED." It began with the fifth "Connecting Faith, Families & Schools for Student Success" conference, held October 23, 2014 at Wesleyan University. 2014 Parental Involvement Recognition Awards The State Education Resource Center (SERC) and the CT Parent Information and Resource Center (CT PIRC), which is operated by SERC, bestows these awards to Connecticut parents who have demonstrated outstanding dedication to their schools and communities. RSCO Lottery Application Assistance Sessions 2014-15

The Regional School Choice Office ("RSCO") serves families interested in public school choice options in the Greater Hartford Region. Dedicated and knowledgeable RSCO staff provide information and assistance to parents and students exploring a wide-range of Pre-kindergarten through grade 12 educational opportunities.
